  • Running the command will re-register Windows Calculator on the PC.may take a few minutes, wait until the process Itis concluded. Once done, check if you have the Calculator app back on your PC. When found, run the Calculator and see if it’s working.

#2 – Reset Calculator

#5 – Running SFC Scan To Fix Windows 10 Calculator Not Working

After that, type the command in Command Prompt and press Enter key:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Let the scan run without interruption until it is complete when the scan is finished and rerun the SFC scan. Let it complete.
Restart PC and try to access the Calculator.

#7 – Update Windows 10

  • Step 1: Open Task Manager on PC. Tap Ctrl + Shift + Esc keys on the keyboard simultaneously.
  • Step 2: In the Task Manager, get a list of tasks running on your PC. From the list, please find out the RuntimeBroker process and make a right-click on it. From the right-click menu, tap on the End process option.

This will finish the RuntimeBroker.exe process on PC. Now, try to open the Calculator again. If the Calculator reset could not solve the issue, quickly check for an update of the Calculator app is available. If yes, update to fix the problem. To update the Calculator app, follow the steps:

  • Step 1: Tap open the Start menu by clicking on the Start button or tapping the Windows key on your keyboard. In the Start menu, tap on the Store tile to open Microsoft App Store.
