Free Media Kit Generator — Build a Creator Media Kit PDF
Build a media kit brands take seriously, and download it as a PDF. No signup needed.
You fill in a form and the kit takes shape in a live preview. Start with your profile: kit title, display name, handle, niche, headline, bio, contact email and website, plus an optional photo, which is resized automatically. Then add each platform you are on, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, a blog or a podcast, with its followers, average reach per post, average likes and average comments.
Audience, rates and past work
The Audience section takes your followers' age bands, gender split and top locations. Instagram Insights shows you these. Services & rates lists what you offer, each with a currency, a price and a unit such as per post. You can also add selected work, with the brand and what you did, and testimonials with the quote, who said it and their role.
Import your numbers
Signed in to a SaveDelete account, you can Connect Instagram: for Professional (Business or Creator) accounts it fills followers and engagement, plus audience demographics if the account has 100 or more followers. Import followers & audience refreshes them later. For YouTube, enter your handle or channel URL and Import subscribers & views. Save the kit once to enable imports; they fill the saved kit with live numbers.
Design, PDF and share link
Pick a theme (bold, editorial or corporate) and an accent color, and choose which sections the kit shows: About, Audience, Stats, Past work, Services & rates, Testimonials and Contact. Download PDF saves the kit as a PDF.
Once the kit is saved to your account you can get a share link. Anyone with this link can see the kit, including your contact details and rate card. The link shows your last saved version, so save after you edit. Any section can be hidden on the public link and still appear in the PDF you download.
What brands check in a media kit
TikTok One, the platform TikTok gives brands for finding creators, shows what brands look at. They can filter creators by audience country or region, age range and gender ratio. They can also compare median video views and engagement rate.
The kit holds one audience breakdown, so enter the audience data for the platform you are pitching. List past brand deals under Selected work, with the brand and what you made for it.
A saved kit keeps one row per platform. If you add two rows for the same platform, saving keeps only the last.
There is no media kit template gallery. You pick one of three themes, bold, editorial or corporate, and an accent from a short fixed set of colors.
How the engagement rate is calculated
The builder adds your average likes and average comments per post. It divides that sum by your average reach per post, then multiplies by 100. If reach is zero, it divides by followers instead.
Say a post averages 120 likes and 30 comments. On a reach of 5,000, that is 150 ÷ 5,000 × 100 = 3%. Against 10,000 followers, the same post scores 1.5%.
So the basis matters. The preview, the PDF and the share link show it beside every rate, as in "engagement (by reach)". Fill in reach on every platform or on none, so all your rates use the same basis.
Other tools count differently. Analytics guides list several formulas, and some divide by impressions or views instead.
Meta's own definition of interactions also includes saves, shares and replies. This builder counts only likes and comments, so its rate can come out lower.
What the Instagram and YouTube imports fill in
Both imports need a SaveDelete account and a saved kit.
Instagram connects through Meta's Instagram Login, which Meta built for professional accounts: business and creator accounts. An import reads your profile, your recent posts and your reach over the last 28 days. It replaces the kit's Instagram row with those numbers.
It then asks for your audience's age, gender and top cities. When those come back, they replace whatever you typed under Audience.
Meta returns no follower demographics for accounts under 100 followers. Smaller accounts must type that part in.
Meta's long-lived tokens last 60 days. If your connection has expired, the import stops and asks you to reconnect.
The YouTube import needs no Google sign-in. Type your @handle or channel URL. It fetches the channel's public numbers and averages from your recent uploads, then replaces the kit's YouTube row.
TikTok, X, LinkedIn, blogs and podcasts have no import. Type those in from each platform's own analytics.
Setting your rates
Each line under Services & rates has its own currency, picked from 19. You can quote rupees to Indian brands and dollars to others on the same card. Rupee prices print with the ₹ sign, and other currencies print their code, as in USD 500.
To find a starting price, price your time first. The freelance rate calculator turns your target income, yearly expenses, tax rate and billable hours into an hourly and a day rate. Multiply by the hours a deliverable takes, from script to final edit.
If you prefer to quote each brand privately, hide Services & rates on the public link. The section still prints in the PDF. When a brand deal closes, bill it with the invoice generator.
Disclosing paid partnerships
In India, ASCI's influencer guidelines require a disclosure label whenever you have a material connection with the brand. That connection need not be money. Free products, discounts and other perks count too.
ASCI lists the labels you may use, including Advertisement, Ad, Sponsored, Collaboration, Partnership, Employee, Free gift and Affiliate. The label must be hard to miss. ASCI says a label only in your bio, at the end of a post or behind "more" is likely to be missed.
In the US, the FTC's Disclosures 101 guide for influencers sets out the basics, and its Endorsement Guides go into more detail. Disclose any financial, employment, personal or family relationship with a brand.
Use plain words such as "ad" or "sponsored". In a video, put the disclosure in the video itself, not only in the description.
Platforms add their own tools: Instagram's Paid Partnership tag, YouTube's paid promotion setting and TikTok's content disclosure setting. ASCI and the FTC both say to use these on top of your own label, not instead of it.
Keeping the kit current, and deleting it
Without an account, this media kit generator keeps your draft and photo in this browser. Once you save, they are stored on SaveDelete's server with the kit.
A share link shows your last saved version. Your edits autosave to this browser only, so press Update saved kit before you send the link again. To put the link on a flyer or badge, make a QR code of it with the QR code generator.
A PDF cannot change once you send it. When you download a saved kit, the builder records the followers, reach and engagement rates in that PDF. The Sent column on your dashboard shows the date of your most recent download.
Your name, bio, contact details and photo sit in one creator profile that all your kits share. Saving any kit updates that profile on every kit and its link.
Turn a link off, and visitors see a "not available" page. Share again later and the same address comes back. Share links also ask search engines not to index them.
To remove a kit, press Delete on your dashboard's Media kits page. This removes the kit with its stats, rates, past work and testimonials, and cannot be undone. It does not delete the shared creator profile.
Disconnect removes the Instagram token SaveDelete holds, and so does removing SaveDelete's access from Instagram's side. Numbers you have already imported stay in your kit until you change them.
Frequently asked questions
What is a media kit?
A one to three page PDF that tells a brand who you are, who follows you, how your content performs, and what you charge. It is what you attach when you pitch a collaboration.
Is this media kit generator free?
Yes, it is free. Signed out, you can build a kit and download the PDF with no signup, and this browser keeps one unsaved draft. Signed in, you can save kits to your account and reopen them from your dashboard.
How is engagement rate calculated?
Likes plus comments divided by reach where reach is available, otherwise divided by followers. The PDF always states which basis was used so a brand can verify the number.
Do I need to connect my Instagram?
No. You can type your numbers in yourself. If you have a SaveDelete account, Connect Instagram (Professional Business or Creator accounts) fills your followers and engagement. It adds audience demographics only if the account has 100 or more followers. Your YouTube handle imports subscribers and views. Imports work once the kit is saved.
