*You may also use coconut oil instead of almond oil.

Alternatively cut a lemon into two halves. Sprinkle sugar over one half. Scrub in a circular motion and leave it for 15 minutes and then wash it with warm water.

3. Paschimottanasana or Seated Forward Bend Pose – Seated forward bend pose is an intense stretching. It keeps you calm and relieves stress.     * Do remember you will not be able to touch your toe in a first go. Try to bend forward as much as possible and keep practicing. You will improve eventually.
    * Make sure not to bend your knees or pull your legs while doing this pose. If you suffer from sinusitis bending forward may make you giddy.

4. Dhanurasana or The Bow Pose – The bow pose is also known as upward wheel pose. It improves the flexibility of body and is a fatigue buster. It creates pressure in the abdomen that detoxifies the body, helps to lose weight and results in a glowing skin.

  • While bending forward keep your back straight and try to press your head against your legs.

    * If you suffer from sinus or migraine better avoid this pose.
