It is an excellent area to look for cost savings from alerts on unassigned devices to alerts on no usage devices. SpikeFli’s unique mapping characteristic makes it simple to see if your wireless program is over-deployed in some regions and too thin in others. SpikeFli was the choice because the screen’s analytics were meeting ready and printed out exactly as they appeared without being truncated or needing reformatting. It saves so much time. Pros: 1. Ease of use related to others on the market with a clean, graphical interface—no long, complicated setup or credits to buy for lengthy training. You can use it comfortably with almost no help right away. 2. Exceptional value for the capital than more well-known programs that gained it easy to begin a relationship with them and hold up the environment. 3. Users did not have a defined billing component when they adopted this program. Still, leadership at SpikeFli was committed to custom developing the area with users for a cost because it was vital to how users managed the wireless program. They are always approachable and willing to listen to suggestions and ideas to run their platform forward.
The team at vCom have been spectacular. Remarkably helpful and knowledgeable about the goods. It is an undeniable pleasure to serve with the vCom. Various companies were using multiple spreadsheets for all the circuit inventory by all diverse people. There was not a centralized section housing all the Telecom circuits. vCom has resolved that issue, and users are operating on updates to the inventory daily.
Pros: The dashboard is incredibly spontaneous. The users who are using the most current version is the asset management system baked into vManager. Users like the fact that most of their operational assets can be logged and recorded. The most impactful is the company owns the software, so if any updates or requested updates are brought up and make sense for the business, they can make their changes and updates. As for ease of use, plenty of resources are offered to assist. Live assistance and webinars.
Cons: Nothing noteworthy to think of at the moment. The only feature that is sometimes hard is the unmanaged inventory. If you have a lot, that inventory does not get all the details listed unless someone from your internal company manually enters and keeps up. That is hard if you do not have a team internal to assist.
Mobility Central is straightforward to use, and extra support is always ready. The software benefits because you can see everything on the bill with the carrier without having to call the carrier. If users need to see upgrade dates, bills, phone type, phone usage, etc., they can see that all on Mobility Central and never even need to contact that carrier and wait for that information to be given to them. Everything they require is in one spot and supports their day along with focusing on other projects. The software does everything that it is supposed to. The development is slow to catch up with some of the more current industry trends, but it is cheap.
Pros: Users like that they can tailor reports based upon different projects they may have going on. They can run reports based upon almost every field they use, such as cost centre and LanID. Users manage many clients, and they get many questions daily from their clients about billing and inventory. Mobility Central is straightforward to see all things that our users ask about, such as inventory and billing. The Bill reconciliation process is easy to use and can be expedited quickly.
Cons: It would be a great privilege to see more than one user at a time. Sometimes users need to compare client bills or client information between two or more employees. The current solution to that is to open more than one instance of Mobility Central. The reconciliation process is relatively easy. However, users would like to be able to undo any mistakes that they have made more quickly. A single “undo” button for the last action performed would be practical. Hard to get users to use it -the teams/manager login functionality is a little buggy. Users have had some odd renaming of teams forcing me to lose access to privilege settings. Also, users have had to set up many dummy wireless users for managers to see their wireless data included in their team views. As a result, the tabs for all of their data are blank. -Custom views for manager log-ons are buggy. Views for multiple months are often either blank, take forever to load or never load at all.
