Telecom Expense Management Software Reviews

SpikeFli is an intelligent choice TEMS platform better to manage our wireless program of over 6000 devices. It is a SaaS solution that is extremely easy to use. There was no formal training needed to use it right off the bat and derive value from it. The Asset management area is terrific, giving you swift, informative access to the projects and where they are deployed. The alerts area is fabulous to help you administer with the low hanging result to better manage your wireless performance on a day to day basis. It is an excellent area to look for cost savings from alerts on unassigned devices to alerts on no usage devices. SpikeFli’s unique mapping characteristic makes it simple to see if your wireless program is over-deployed in some regions and too thin in others. SpikeFli was the choice because the screen’s analytics were meeting ready and printed out exactly as they appeared without being truncated or needing reformatting. It saves so much time. The people at SpikeFli are the kindest, most responsive and willing to help. They are always approachable and helpful to listen, solve problems and collaborate on everything. Users consider them assets and part of their team. They constantly challenge convention and evaluate ways to improve SpikeFli and deliver easy to use solutions to their clients. This program is tough to beat from a value and ease of use standpoint. Many TEMS programs out there that users looked at were too intricate and too costly, making it challenging to realize ROI. Not SpikeFli. It was a no brainer. Already saved thousands.

Pros: 1. Ease of use related to others on the market with a clean, graphical interface—no long, complicated setup or credits to buy for lengthy training. You can use it comfortably with almost no help right away. 2. Exceptional value for the capital than more well-known programs that gained it easy to begin a relationship with them and hold up the environment. 3. Understanding to integrate information from many vehicles and maintain both telecom and IT assets in one place. Controlled human resources needed to produce quality results for the clients. Has developed the sales cycles. Clients are more apt to do enterprise with companies that finance in technology to secure their life easier. Product has grown to manage more than just wireless telecom. It means the assistance has developed for the clients. The pricing model, speck in the bucket compared to the capital user, would spend compiling the data and creating the deliverables for their clients if they were arranging it manually. Or had to purchase expensive software licenses. The back-end CRM provides them to assure the SLA’s are in line with their promises. Able to instantly deliver high-quality results reports for our clients, highlighting the wow factor users bring to their clients’ business every day.

Cons: Everyone looks forward to being ready to customize the Dashboard and Alerts section. Users request that it provided for real-time usage monitoring like a conventional MDM software ($$). Users did not have a defined billing component when they adopted this program. Still, leadership at SpikeFli was committed to custom developing the area with users for a cost because it was vital to how users managed the wireless program. They are always approachable and willing to listen to suggestions and ideas to run their platform forward.

The team at vCom have been spectacular. Remarkably helpful and knowledgeable about the goods. It is an undeniable pleasure to serve with the vCom. Various companies were using multiple spreadsheets for all the circuit inventory by all diverse people. There was not a centralized section housing all the Telecom circuits. vCom has resolved that issue, and users are operating on updates to the inventory daily.

Pros: The dashboard is incredibly spontaneous. The users who are using the most current version is the asset management system baked into vManager. Users like the fact that most of their operational assets can be logged and recorded. The most impactful is the company owns the software, so if any updates or requested updates are brought up and make sense for the business, they can make their changes and updates. As for ease of use, plenty of resources are offered to assist. Live assistance and webinars.

Cons: Nothing noteworthy to think of at the moment. The only feature that is sometimes hard is the unmanaged inventory. If you have a lot, that inventory does not get all the details listed unless someone from your internal company manually enters and keeps up. That is hard if you do not have a team internal to assist.

Mobility Central is straightforward to use, and extra support is always ready. The software benefits because you can see everything on the bill with the carrier without having to call the carrier. If users need to see upgrade dates, bills, phone type, phone usage, etc., they can see that all on Mobility Central and never even need to contact that carrier and wait for that information to be given to them. Everything they require is in one spot and supports their day along with focusing on other projects. The software does everything that it is supposed to. The development is slow to catch up with some of the more current industry trends, but it is cheap.

Pros: Users like that they can tailor reports based upon different projects they may have going on. They can run reports based upon almost every field they use, such as cost centre and LanID. Users manage many clients, and they get many questions daily from their clients about billing and inventory. Mobility Central is straightforward to see all things that our users ask about, such as inventory and billing. The Bill reconciliation process is easy to use and can be expedited quickly.

Cons: It would be a great privilege to see more than one user at a time. Sometimes users need to compare client bills or client information between two or more employees. The current solution to that is to open more than one instance of Mobility Central. The reconciliation process is relatively easy. However, users would like to be able to undo any mistakes that they have made more quickly. A single “undo” button for the last action performed would be practical. Hard to get users to use it -the teams/manager login functionality is a little buggy. Users have had some odd renaming of teams forcing me to lose access to privilege settings. Also, users have had to set up many dummy wireless users for managers to see their wireless data included in their team views. As a result, the tabs for all of their data are blank. -Custom views for manager log-ons are buggy. Views for multiple months are often either blank, take forever to load or never load at all.

Telecom usage optimization. The most critical advantages of using telecom expense management software is the light it leaves on telecom data. The software helps users and administrators check call usage information and identify areas where the most money is being spent. Businesses can use insight and apply it to improve the management of users and suppliers. For example, an organization helps optimize telecom rate plans to match usage patterns or leverage it’s purchasing power to get reasonable pricing from a seller. Telecom spending insights help make better budget planning decisions.

Streamlined operations. Many businesses lack a simplified procedure for handling telecom invoices. This leads to large piles of invoices that may require validation by one department and payment by another. Time is wasted, and mistakes are more likely when they are carried out manually across multiple departments. It gives users to handle these tasks from a centralized location, saving time and eliminating error.

Decreased operating costs. Telecom expense management systems are devised to reduce wasteful spending and costs. The designs capture all expenses related to the processing of telecom expenses and empower organizations to save money. This is achieved through different activities such as cost centre allocation, managing billing disputes and confirmation of charges. All of these small savings get to processed profits, and frequently the total amount accumulated is significant.

Considerations while Buying Telecom Expense Management Software

Cloud or on-premise deployment. This is the most prominent and consequential arrangements you’ll make when purchasing software. On-premise systems will generally have high initial costs and may also require regular system maintenance. On the other hand, cloud-based resolutions will cost less upfront and will be managed by the vendor, but will have more expensive recurring costs. Users require to compare the entire cost of ownership for all potential systems.

Integration requirements. You must also examine whether the software combines with your current VoIP and communication systems and other resolutions that you are using in your business such as Microsoft Office 365 and G Suite (Google Apps for Work).

Software complexity. Purchasing an overly complicated system can be as bad as buying one that has too few features. Apart from features that won’t be used, complicated systems available usability issues. Therefore, before acquiring telecom expense management software, perform a quick assessment of which functions you need.
