Intel starts using ASML's High NA EUV for chip production, ships first logic chips on 18A

Intel has begun using ASML's High NA EUV lithography hardware to produce processors, a milestone disclosed alongside ASML's quarterly earnings. Intel is the first company to ship high-volume logic chips using this technology for Panther Lake.
