Electronic Arts officially becomes private company in $55B deal led by Saudi PIF

EA has completed its $55 billion acquisition by an investor group led by Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund, Silver Lake, and Affinity Partners. The deal, announced last September, has now closed.
