I actually used the second tutorial to do the navigation on my site! i have to say that most of these will get the job done, but that one is written so simply that even I could figure it out.
The one thing about flash menus that I learned from my SEO guy is that they don’t get crawled by google. If you implement RDFa tagging, this makes it all effectively useless. I learned the hard way!
