The IPL auction for 2020 is now completed, and all the teams have filled up their squads. The auction will be a relatively small one, with only 73 slots to be filled by the eight franchises, of which 29 will be foreign buys.

The Indian Premier League (IPL) is number six on the list of all domestic leagues in any sports when it comes to average attendance. At the internet the sites that offers cricket betting have exploded, and you can be sure to have no problem in finding ways to find IPL betting online.

Lyono and I get the 'graveyard shift'. Josh has a theory on wind. And Starcy has earned himself a nickname he hates.

Here's a little insight into the Aussie bowling group. Can’t wait for it all to start tomorrow https://t.co/VLS7S2sktM pic.twitter.com/zIfvfzl8Fu
The Australian wonder-boy Pat Cummins had an excellent cricket-year in 2019, and really dominated in the World cup, and played an amazing Test cricket game against India where Australia won, and Cummins really made a name for himself in India.
Before the bidding on Pat started, it was expected that Royal Challenger Bangalore and Delhi Daredevils would clash into a bidding battle for the player. But in the end, Kolkata Knight Riders swooped in out of nowhere to secure Cummins a place at their squad.
15.50 crores makes Pat Cummins the second most expensive player in the IPL history, and the most expensive oversea player out of all time.
#2 Glenn Maxwell
Hey Guys, for every six I hit in this years Big Bash League I will donate $250 towards the Red Cross Bushfire Appeal. It is special to see so many athletes from various sports getting in behind the real heroes who are fighting to save lives and properties around our country 🙏 pic.twitter.com/9MVwNg81GE

The Australian players was extremely popular during the 2020 IPL auction, and with a base price of 2 crores, the bidding finally ended at 10.75 crores.
The great all-rounder is currently captaining the Melbourne Stars in the Big Bash League. The Stars are presently the leaders of the points table, having won eight out of nine games so far. Maxwells own form with the bat has been amazing this season in the BBL too, mustering 316 runs at an average of 79.
However, he was left out of the ODI squad to face India due to a poor World Cup campaign.

The Royal Challengers Bangalore ended up paying 10 crores for this South-African bowling all-rounder, which was a lot more than people expected before the auction started. Bangalore is hoping he’s fast bowling could help them solve their issues around that area.
Chris Morris is currently playing for Sydney Thunder in the BBL, and the team is doing alright this season. Chris Morris is also active for the South-African cricket team.

This amazing bowler from Jamaica, in the West-Indies, only had a starting price on 50 lakhs as base price, but Kings XI Punjab ended up paying 8.5 crores. Sheldon Cottrell had an amazing season in this years Caribbean Premier League (CPL) which was the reason behind the high bidding.
Sheldon Cottrell is currently a big start on his National team the West-Indies that are doing very-well in international cricket.
#5 Nathan Coulter-Nile
Another, Australian cricketer at this years auction that reached the top 5 most expensive players list. The base price of Nathan Coulter-Nile was originally on 1 crore, but after a intense bidding war between Mumbai Indians and Chennai Super Kings, the price on the Australian reached 8 crores.
The defending champions in the IPL Mumbai Indians where the team to secure Nathan Coulter-Nile contract for the IPL 2020. This was very unexpected since Nathan have not played in the IPL since 2017, and have not been playing consistent for his national team.
People were shocked to see Nathan Coulter-Nile go for this much, but maybe he gets some extra motivation behind all the talk to perform well for Mumbai Indians this year.
