The practical way to manage my daily task and project. Asana is one of the complete Project Management that anybody ever tried and use. Increasing the effectiveness in planning and tracking project progress is never an issue with Asana. Extending a complex project is conceivable with the Kanban method’s help to plan the project carefully with visual aid. It was an excellent tool to use, highly user-friendly, quite powerful and very visually attractive. This tool is ideal for startups, in the opinion of many users, and the price is fair for the features it has—best for managing customer feedback. We are delighted to implement Asana into their work system as it has helped them extensively managing their work. Every team member has an apparent work description with this software, especially when collaborating on a suitable Startup Project Management Tool.
Pros: Users like the Asana team, and they can collaborate on project and task easily. The Gantt chart lets them plan a project effectively to visualize the activities related to the project. Resource space has an unlimited size to add to the project and view which project is dependable or assign to the resource. What users like with Asana that they have used is managing customer feedback and filter it to forward it to the respective department. It helps them track the ticket opened by the customer and track the ticket progress; either has been taken action and can be closed. Users like how user friendly it is, the aesthetics (looks) as it can be immaculate and colourful simultaneously. It provides a good option for the organization. Users believe that it’s a good tool for startups, and it makes planning, task assignment, tracking and registering much easier.
Cons: There is not much downside that users can be thinking while operating this software. The feature is well built and responsive to their need in completing their project and daily task. The only thing that they believe that they should improve is the video tutorial, and there are some of the features not covered by the video tutorial. There is not much integration that can be linked with this software. They need integration with Github and has requested the developer but still has no response. It will help an Information Technology staff user like they manage the Helpdesk between Asana with their current system. Asana has all tool our organization need for every department and has proven very helpful for them. Users believe the software is fantastic, but it lacks some features seen on more robust tools such as Zoho Projects. Still, this tool can integrate with other small tools to give them access to Gantt Charts or timelines, etc. The problem is they have to pay for those additional integrations.

Users still use other list software for missions with two states: To do and Done, but if their tasks have to progress through a multi-stage workflow, Trello is the obvious choice. The departments have an excellent experience working with Trello, and users think this is the best software to handle their daily repetitive tasks effectively. Simple but gets the job done. They can track multiple projects and handle information individually. The free tier works excellent for almost everything, perfect for the average user and a bummer for Trello’s bottom line. If they are working with a team or need to share information with others, Asana is probably a better choice. The goto brainstorm tool. One of those means to have in the toolbox — just for ideas might not expect — the cards make it super adjustable. The lack of spreadsheet mode makes it hard to rationalise paying for it. Some highly recommended plugins are trellises, multi-select for Trello, list layouts, and butler, which solve some of those problems. They have used Trello for both blog writing and podcasting and have found it perfect for tracking a podcast episode’s progress. It’s great! The original management tool. Highly suggested must-have accessory for every developer and design manager. Working with Trello can’t be more convenient and is the natural first step for every concept and project. While they might discontinue Trello one day, there is no more straightforward way than Trello to get started. The perfect tool for beginners to learn kanban style administration too!
Pros: Trello is the most comfortable and most straightforward project management software; thus, it fits for managing an uncomplicated and basic project and task. The board card for the research can be labelled for its progress to track their task progress easily by visual—the ability to integrate it with other software like Google Drive helps in sharing files in the software. The base product of organizing information into Kanban boards works excellent. Trello is reliable and rarely crashes. It is easy to get data into different boards and track various states using the kanban approach to communication. Trello is great for quickly capturing thoughts and doing light organization of lists; the integration support is pervasive. They also find it helpful as an internal wiki. Trello shines best as a task manager when you have someone as a PM who doesn’t mind being in it all time and has time allocated to build up the automation. Presumably, the best unique use of Trello, especially related to other tools, is their ability to prototype with it. Treat boards as separate partitions, items as actions, and so forth — they mocked up a complete freight load board, a texting platform, and various other tools. Alternatively, advertising a public product roadmap is another excellent use.

Everything is self-explanatory and streamlined. The interface is spotless and streamlined.

Power-ups might help them stay a little longer, but eventually, a user might outgrow that too.
