You can connect with your client very quickly using internal dialler. It also includes sending and receiving emails from and within CRM application.
Though it lacks many advanced integrations like the ability to track your connection’s social networking profile and services like Google Maps. However, you can keep track of several customers in a similar area, as TeamWox does link contacts together.
Also, there is TeamWox’s contact history function to record every action with your clients and connections.
TeamWox contributes in analyzing and reporting on the processes that are executed in the application accurately, but that’s where it limits itself.
You cannot create email campaigns or print customized stationary, and also you cannot set automated emails from TeamWox.
On the other side, the application is very convenient to use but the interface is bit dated and clunky. You will not have a hard time using it but the look lacks behind in giving a pleasant experienceThe navigation is simple enough.
