Apparel Manufacturing ERP Software Reviews

GOFRUGAL

GOFRUGAL is the perfect software for business to have a 360 degrees view of business operations. It is satisfying and highly recommended for business partners. The product is right as RPOS ticket management needs to be less annoying for the customer.

Pros: The software is fantastic in the sensibility of the current stock of goods/products in the stores, stock level update, real-time sales records & capable of seeing the fastest/slowest moving articles. Every article is are visible anytime, anywhere on a mobile device. It has a responsive 24×7 support service beneficial. Very much satisfying the product’s quick setup – within no time, you started selling through Gofrugal Software with happy results. We have not been sorted out for many things in the system; the excellent working functions are beneficial. There are many features to make it the best one. Go Sure App highlights the HQ for Stock Taking and Audit, which is an excellent feature. The team of HQ support is impressive and well qualified to solve the issues.

Cons: The company should be proactive in getting feedback from its clients on using the product to ensure that the client utilizes the system/product functionality to the fullest. Some crucial functionality is not being used as existence is not known. The company must arrow down on areas that need training. There is no assigning of a single support agent or capture the history of an issue for the new agent to review and connect with the customer. Things should be made easier for troubleshooting issues at POS. Issue Management with RPOS Support Team must be updated. There is a significant critical bug that affects the previous version set up during the upgrade. This always forces carrying on with tests after every update. The online service chat platform goes offline from the direct chat services, and requests for callbacks have never been attended. Expense accounts ledger mismatch error- No charge entry allows saving any particular transaction generated. Security rights login and Biometric login authentication logged in to admin account rather than the standard user account. There is no M-PESA integration service which is long overdue on the agreed implementation period. Conduct business nor email want to receive from customers.

Netsuite

Netsuite has brought significant adjustments to many companies and developed their record care hugely. It has also made transparency to many of the methods and highlighted bottlenecks. There are many downsides. It runs into a plethora of technical problems with logic and programming along the way, while error messages abound (much to the consultant’s team’s annoyance and overwork). The glitches have been struggled out, and customer service from the NS themselves has been high-speed and expert. Additionally, as a general manager, someone wants to quickly and easily extract information and data, which is not possible.

It has low graphing capabilities and is very rigid to change how data is displayed once it is graphed easily. The user has to export a large amount of data with a predefined/standard search, filter it, and graph it with Excel. The biggest downfall of Netsuite is that it is so hard to use that staff is reluctantly adopting it, which is mainly seen in the sales department.

Pros: Compact back end, Holds excellent and accurate accounts easily audited, Delivers transparency to rules.

Cons: They will only actually use it for what they have to use for: making quotes, so we lose out. Customer Data does not get sufficiently recorded, and project details are lacking, contacts are troublesome to look up, customer account archives is never recorded. Netsuite implementation has a long process and expensive. Costs include:

  • Purchasing a primary licence.
  • An expensive per-person appointment.
  • Paying a consulting firm to manage the implementation project and having a dedicated in-house employee as “admin” to support the other users.

A system might have a beautifully coded backend, whereas it discourages the use through extreme user-unfriendliness. Too hard to use and since staff refrain from using it for all but the necessary tasks, Require an in-house specialist to help run the operation, Requires periods of repeated training to get workers up to speed, Poor for tracking customer account archives, Very difficult to derive and graph the data that you require from it, Rigid and inflexible to change display and parameters of any data display, Very expensive.

PriceIt

Best software & service for the business and the budget both are hands down. PriceIt is the best. How many places can you visit and speak to the developers and not have to go by gatekeepers to get an explanation? People use other systems and software within a business, and none of them has the availability and level of support that a user receives from Price It Software. Many people in the industry think they have to pay megabucks or the software isn’t any good. Checking and looking at many software, be rest assured that this is worth every penny. It can streamline the business and help us be consistent in the pricing, ordering, and processes. Yes, it can make any customer happy!

Pros: The clients love that everything they need to know about processing order is all in one place. Reorders are simple. Having the history of the clients and customers in one spot is a click away. It has made many clients get rid of ample file cabinets since they commenced using Price It. Saves on paper and publication. The clients do a lot of contract work, and the portal has saved hours upon hours of inputting data, plus saves on order entry errors. The tech guys at Price It is ALWAYS available, and they listen to the customer ideas, and if it benefits those in the industry, they go to work to make it happen. It is indeed a more good decision to use Price It Software. Clients continue to learn more little nuggets all the time that are in this software! Clients have built a great rapport with the team at PriceIt. They have helped many grow their business over the last ten years. The software has been an enormous help, and the support crew at PriceIt is very understanding. Everything is in there, and it is compatible with Quickbooks. The customer service is fantastic. And the staff always gets right back to the clients. They don’t make them feel like clients are bothering them when calling. It updated with wholesalers that a client use, and then others do not know who and where the clients are out there. It streamlines everything to perform it more comfortable for all. To facilitate all the work orders and process credit cards, the customers can approve the artwork and pay the invoice freely. They can review their demands. It is still evolving, and learning for the clients is a continuous process. But the more the user dives into it, the longer they use it. Clients love the way everything ties together for point of sale through the completion of the order. The user has a control centre for the entire operation. Before using PriceIt, users took down orders in a notebook and applied post-it notes and tracks everything across order entry to production in one program made things a lot more efficient.

Cons: There are many features, so starting, it felt like users were only appropriating 20% of the program. As the business grew, clients realized they needed to be using the other 80% to get everyone internally on the same page. It should be web-based so that users could plugin and integrate 3rd party apps more easily. Other than adding the 4xl and 5xl sizes to the templates to pricing. It is less customizable for the invoices.

Apparel Manufacturing ERP software

Apparel Manufacturing ERP Software is a collection of features created to regulate the ordering, inventory, and collection of clothing and other items. Generate various products using a pattern for colours, size, artwork, and models, then set up divisions and apparel lines.

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system for manufacturing blends related techniques—like accounting, marketing, and sales—for a broad view of the production and supply chain. These suites also have tools to manage licenses, track agreement for safety and transportation regulations.

Features of Apparel Manufacturing ERP software

In addition to the core accounting duties, apparel manufacturers should estimate the following procedures to meet their sector’s unique conditions:

License and royalty management: Apparel manufactures that use brands must operate current licensing agreements and disburse royalties to the trademark proprietor. The system requires to track the licenses and determine payments due to trademark owners. The significances should transfer to records payable.

Size and colour matrix: A thriving apparel inventory system uses a pattern of modifiers. The general description is recorded once, and the sizes and colours are listed as transformers to the basic definition. The table must track each item as a separate SKU and support independent reorder or production circumstances.

Season and line planning: Apparel lines fluctuate period to period and year to year. The inventory should make suggestions for production. Furthermore, it should track the current stock and make sales-versus-storage instructions.

Artwork and pattern management: The method should store artwork and patterns for outcomes. It should also pursue which ingredients are copyrightable and which are not. Venerable techniques will implement the ability to file with the U.S. Copyright Office electronically.

Component management: Each item’s components need to be followed, having sizes and colours if appropriate. Component management also consolidates the make-versus-buy decision building, which might increase from run to run. Whether made or bought, the composition system needs to allow for the time and cost of obtaining ingredients for each run.

UPC assignment: The system needs to catalogue UPCs for existing commodities and assign UPCs to new products. Advanced procedures can also use International Article Number (EAN) management as well as UPC.
