Biography, Early life and Family: Neha Kakkar was born on 6 June 1988 in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, India. A few years after her birth her family shifted to New Delhi, and she was brought up in Delhi, India. She is the daughter of Niti Kakkar and Rishikesh Kakkar. Her father used to sell samosa outside college and school, and her mother was a housewife. Her two siblings Tony Kakkar and Sonu Kakkar, are also active in the music industry. Neha Kakkar was enthusiastic about singing and music since early adolescence. She is singing since she was just four years old. At the tender age of 4, she began performing at religious events and local gathering to contribute to her family as they were reeling under financial crisis. In one of her interviews, Neha Kakkar reveals that she has sung only bhajans since she was four years to 16 years of age.
