Mondo, collected data on its annual placements, based on 4000 job placements in a year, Mondo is a company that do these type of things.
One of the strange fact regarding the rate of wage growth between iOS and Android developers. iOS salaries ranges from $105,000 to $155,000 and Android developer salaries ranged from $110,000 to $155,000. According to the states of Mond’s data, the salaries of Android developers rose 6% while the packages of iOS developers only increased 1% over the last year.
According to Mondo, hiring of contract workers is in trend rather than on-roll employees, with 48 percent of hiring indicates the more plan to hire more contract workers, over the next 12-18 months. The IT industry is relying more on contract staffing.
