SIG Gold suggests that it doesn’t encrypt DNS traffic, though it allows attractive web filtering possibilities. That said, it’s viable only if you can hit within its threshold of 300,000 DNS inquiries. On the other hand, SIG Platinum employs encryption and is meant for enterprise users, and is reasonably priced if you don’t accept any additional gateway output to control Internet access.
