Nokia 5.4 smartphone equipment will include a quad camera and a Snapdragon 662 chip. HMD Global is preparing to launch a mid-range Nokia 5.4 smartphone.
The device will be using Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 processor. The chip combines eight Kryo 260 cores with a clock speed of up to 2.0 GHz, an Adreno 610 graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X11 LTE cellular modem.
The screen size shall be 6.39 inches diagonally, and the resolution is 1520 × 720 pixels or HD +. There is talk of the presence of a 16-megapixel front camera and the main quadruple-camera containing 48 and 6 million pixel sensors, in addition to a pair of 2-megapixel sensors.
The arsenal of new items – 4 GB of RAM, a flash drive with a capacity of 128 GB, a MicroSD slot, a fingerprint reader, a USB Type-C port and a standard 3.5 mm headset.
The smartphone is packed in a box with dimensions of 160.97 × 75.99 × 8.70 mm, and the weight is 182 g. The Android 10 operating system is used. A rechargeable battery will supply the power with a capacity of 4000 mAh.
The presentation of Nokia 5.4 will take place shortly. The smartphone will be launched in several colours, including blue and purple.
The Nokia 6300 4G and Nokia 8000 4G were launched the previous month, as were the new phones from HMD Global. One of them, a remake of the old model and the new a new model of the old line of Nokia equipment. Now both models appear to be arriving in China.
HMD Global has not yet announced a launch date for both phones, but it should not be long before that happens, as both devices were seen in the TENAA database for certification. These were listed on TENAA under the names Nokia TA-1311 and Nokia TA-1287, both run on the KaiOS 2.5.4.1 operating system, the system that Nokia puts on its phones.
The Nokia 6300 4G has a 2.4-inch screen and is equipped with a removable 1500mAh battery. It features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset, 512MB of RAM, 4GB of internal storage, which can be expanded through a MicroSD slot and has polycarbonate construction. The phone has a VGA camera and a flash to assist the camera, which also functions as a flashlight.
Other features include FM radio, GPS, Bluetooth, support for dual SIM and even a 3.5mm audio jack. The global version has a built-in voice assistant, but it is hoped that the Chinese version does not. The Nokia 8000 4G, on the other hand, brings a 2.8-inch screen with a resolution of 240x320p with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 210 chipset, 512MB of RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It has a 2MP rear camera and flash. Its battery has an equal capacity of 1500mAh and is also removable.
TENAA lists the phone as available for China in the colours, Black, Blue, Gold, and White, the same colours as its global variant.
