Recipe 1:

  • Soak 2 tablespoons of fenugreek seed in water and leave it overnight
  • In morning blend them to make a paste. You may add a little water as required.

  • Wait for half an hour and then rinse it off.

  • Soak a half cup fenugreek seeds at night and in morning blend them
  • Add a teaspoon aloe vera gel, a tablespoon coconut oil and a few drops of rosemary essential oil

  • After 30-40 minutes rinse it off

Recipe 1:

  • Warm a bottle of coconut oil
  • Add a handful of fenugreek seeds to it
  • let it soak for 10 days at some cool place
  • After 10 days filter the oil
  • Store it in a cool place in an airtight bottle

  • To a cup of coconut oil add tablespoon fenugreek seeds and 5-6 curry leaves

*It is advised to apply hair oil and massage scalp gently for 15 minutes. Leave it overnight and wash it off the next morning.

What To Do

  • Take 2 tablespoons curd
  • Add a tablespoon fenugreek seed powder to it
  • Mix well and leave the mixture for an hour
  • Apply the paste on your scalp
  • Leave it for half an hour and then wash it off
