It’s that time of year again. Yes, it’s tax time. So when should those who are have received remaining stimulus money, recreational rebates, and send off their tax returns for 2021?

The IRS expects many EITC and ACTC taxpayers to return their deposits in the first week of March if they file their tax returns early.

The authority estimates that nine out of ten taxpayers will get a refund within 21 days if they have made a direct deposit or submitted their tax return early.

IRS.gov includes many online tools, submission tips, answers to frequently asked questions, latest changes in tax law, and forms publications.     

Do not wait until weeks before the deadline to start collecting the necessary documents for the tax return. Several companies wait for 10 minutes to arrange appointments with their tax experts to collect the necessary documentation for filing their tax returns.

If you wait too long to make an appointment with an accountant and not do it before the deadline, you miss opportunities to reduce your tax burden, for example by making deductible contributions to an IRA account or a health savings account.     

Extended Deadline For 2020 

If you need more time to complete these tasks, you can apply for an extension until October 15 to file your tax return.
