One of the easiest ways of making fluffy slime is to use liquid glue and liquid laundry cleaning detergent. If you wish to know how to make fluffy slime with detergent, you can try the following steps to create one.

Fluffy Slime Step 1
Pour 1/4 cup (60 millilitres) of clear school glue into a bowl. Use a spoon or fork or mini rubber spatula to get all of the glue out of the measuring cup and into the bowl. You may try to use regular clear school grade glue or glitter school glue, mostly used by the students in their art and craft class. If you are using clear school glue, add two drops of food colouring and one teaspoon of glitter to make it more interesting.

Fluffy Slime Step 2
Use a fork to stir in 2 teaspoons of liquid laundry detergent for smooth circular movements. The glue will come together and make a glob. You can use any of laundry detergent you wish to have, but be aware that it will colour your slime. Match the colour of the detergent to the colour of the glue for best results. You can also use clear laundry detergent if you can find it as it will now overlap the colour of the dye that you have taken.

Fluffy Slime Step 3
Add one more teaspoon of liquid laundry detergent and stir again. The glue will get harder, so you will have to press the detergent into the adhesive with the flat side of the fork with little extra effort.

Fluffy Slime Step 4
Knead the slime by hand for at least 1 to 2 minutes. Keep picking up the slime up with your fingers, squeezing and squishing it between the fingers until it starts to turn firm and become less watery. This will take about 1 to 2 minutes.
The more kneaded is the slime, the firmer and more putty-like it will become. Add some more liquid laundry detergent if the slime is still too sticky, Start with 1/2 to 1 teaspoon.

Fluffy Slime Step 5
Add shaving foam for a fluffier slime. If you want to give slime a softer texture, place the slime back into the bowl and add a dollop of shaving foam on top. Knead the shaving cream into the slime, ensure picking up all the shaving cream from the sides of the bowl and turning it into the dough. This will take a few minutes of kneading. Use the shaving foam, not the gel. The slime will become lighter in colour after adding the shaving foam.

Fluffy Slime Step 6
Play with the slime, then store it in an airtight container. A plastic box and Ziploc baggie are the best places to store the slime. A slime will dry out after a few days and turn hard. Longevity of the slime depends on how much you play with it. The more you play with it and expose it to air, the faster it will dry out.

Till then, Happy Slime..inggg Hours!
