3 | Tap … or Options. Follow the following options to navigate to the Options button for the content like; Posts, Comments, Images, Videos, Profiles, Groups. |
4 | Tap the option to “Give Feedback” or “Report” which reads differently depending on the content reported, but generally a variation of Give feedback and/or Report. |
5 | Pick how the content goes against Facebook’s Community Standards. Tap the option that best explains the content you wish to report. |
6 | Tap Send to send the feedback to Facebook. |
7 | Follow the on-screen instructions for the content you wish to report, which you may be asked to submit a report to Facebook. |

1 | Open the Facebook Help Center webpage. If not already logged into Facebook, click the “Log In” in the top-right corner of the page to enter Facebook email address and password. |
2 | Review the options toolbar. |
3 | Click a relevant section. For example, if there is a problem with an impostor account, select the “Privacy and Safety” section and then push “Hacked and Fake Accounts”. |

Submitting Appeal for Disabled Account
STEP | PROCEDURE |
1 | Click and open Disabled Facebook Account page unless the account hasn’t been disabled or currently disabled, you be able to submit an appeal. |
2 | Click the link that says “use this form to request a review”. This is toward the bottom of the page’s paragraph next to the “If you think your account was disabled by mistake” header. |
3 | Type in Facebook email address which you use to sign in to Facebook. You can also use a phone number here. |
4 | Type in your full name. Make sure the name listed here directly matches the name on your account. |
5 | Tap Browse to upload a picture of an ID , it can be a driver’s license, a permit, or a passport photo. If don’t have a picture ID available, click one and send it to yourself via email so that you can download it to desktop. |
6 | Click on a file location of the image of your ID. For example, if the file is stored on desktop, click Desktop to navigate to desktop into the file browser. |
7 | Tap ID picture and click Open to upload the image to the Facebook form. |
8 | Type details into the “Additional Info” box in which you can justify the reactivation of account. Consider including details like the following: Why your account shouldn’t have been deactivated Why you want your account to be reactivated Any other extenuating factors that might help your account be reactivated (for example, malicious interference with your account) |
9 | Click Send to your form to Facebook for review. Please note that you might not get a response for several days. If you don’t get a response within a week, try resubmitting the form. |

Recovering Password
STEP | PROCEDURE |
1 | Open the Facebook website in a web browser, a sign in screen appears on the first page, if you have not signed in automatically. |
2 | Click Forgot Account? option is beneath the “Password” field in the top right corner of the screen. |
3 | Type in the relevant name, email address, or phone number associated with the Facebook account. Ensure that you can access to the email account or phone number you are using. |
4 | Push Search, blue button below the text field where you enter the email address or phone number to initiate receiving a code via email address or phone number. |
5 | Look for a message from Facebook, enter the email address, you should receive an email from Facebook containing a 6-digit code. While entering a mobile number, you must receive a text message from Facebook containing a 6-digit code while choosing the email option, check the Spam folder too. |
6 | Write the code in the box where it is written “Enter Code” to type the 6-digit code received from the email or text message received by you from Facebook. |
7 | Push Continue on the Facebook page which is a blue button below the box on the right. |
8 | Tap Continue again to choose to log out of the account on all devices if you think the account has been maliciously appropriated. |
9 | Type in a new password. |
10 | Tap to Continue with password successfully reset across all Facebook platforms, you can use password to log in to Facebook on a desktop browser or using the mobile app. |
