Bingo-loving celebrities

Bingo is a much-loved game in the UK and around the world. It was once a much-loved pastime, and now, thanks to the internet and online casinos, Bingo has been able to make a glorious comeback. Celebrities too have rediscovered their love of Bingo and who knows, maybe your favourite celeb could play your favourite Bingo scratch card online with you in your next game!

It is hardly a surprise that so many celebrities enjoy a game of Bingo, especially with the ease of access that online casinos now bring. Since many celebrities enjoy the game, we thought wed run you through some of our favourite celebrity Bingo players.

Robbie Williams

The Let Me Entertain You singer and former member of Take That is known to be a fan of Bingo, although he mostly takes part in games on both sides of the Atlantic to raise money for charity.

Williams has also been known to win a game or two, but its the fact that he enjoys playing for good causes which is the most inspiring part of his Bingo passion. Hes been seen taking some of his famous friends along with him to previous events no doubt hell continue to do so if its for a good cause.

Gary Barlow

Yes, thats right, another member of Take That also enjoys Bingo. Barlow has been known to play the game while on tour with some of his bandmates and he also incorporated Bingo into his tenth wedding anniversary, inviting some celebrity friends to come along and join in the fun.

Russell Crowe

The New Zealand actor might be more well-known for his role as Maximus Decimus Meridius in Gladiator, but in the past, he has also been a Bingo caller. It was while working in his hometown Wellington that Crowe tried and failed to make it as a Bingo caller. He is rumoured to have been fired for making up rude Bingo calls.

Although he may not have made a career out of Bingo, there have been reported sightings in the past of Crowe visiting Bingo halls, so his stint working for one doesnt seem to have put him off playing.

Catherine Zeta-Jones

The Welsh actress attributes her love of Bingo to her childhood, when her parents played the game in Wales. In fact, if it werent for Bingo, we may never have known who Catherine Zeta-Jones is, as it was a 100,000 Bingo win that allowed her parents to enrol her in ballet and dance classes.

It is rumoured that much like Robbie Williams, she holds Bingo parties at her home and invites some of her A-list friends around to play a few games.

Kate Moss

The British model might be more associated with the rock and roll lifestyle, but as it turns out, she loves a spot of Bingo. It was her friendship with fellow model Sadie Frost that saw her get into Bingo and the pair would often spend their Saturday nights at the local Bingo hall.

Even as the pair started their own families, they still played Bingo and continue to host family Bingo nights.
