August’s Best FREE Digital Marketing Resource

I think we can agree that that you can find almost anything online – from Amazon to ZenDesk. It’s what makes the internet such an amazing place but it can also be very noisy given there’s a lot of filler out there. Especially when it comes to digital marketing.

There are thousands upon thousands of sites offering resources that promise to help you boost your traffic, ramp up your sales and turn water into wine, although that last one might not have anything to do with the Internet. The truth is that most resources, tools and techniques are not going to be very helpful.

Wouldn’t it be great if you didn’t have to wade through the water to get to the gold? Well luckily enough we’ve done the hard work for you, and we’ve found the pot at the end of the rainbow and we’re here to share some of our favorite digital marketing resources. And what’s even better is that most are free.

42 Online Marketing Tools for Digital Marketers is a handy infographic that comes courtesy of www.ezsitebuilders.com and it does exactly what it says on the tin. Each of the different tools is easily identified by its logo and is accompanied by single sentence that sums up what it does and why you should care.

With so many different online marketing tools available at the moment it can be difficult to decide which ones you should use. Much like the blog post you’re reading right now, the infographic is a great time-saving resource, instantly narrowing down your choices from thousands to less than fifty. All of your favourites are there, from Yoast to MailChimp, as well as some that you might not have heard about before. Take Canva as an example. It’s an amazingly simple online graphic design tool that allows you to create images for blogs, social media, web design, print and so much more. We have absolutely fallen head over heels for Canva, and I think you will too!

We’re also big fans of Help A Reporter Out, or H.A.R.O. With so much content created online, it can hard to get the attention you deserve. One of the easiest and most underutilized ways to get publicity is by using HARO. It’s a free tool that connects news sources (that’s you!) with journalists from The New York Times, Huffington Post and niche blogs in every industry. If you’re an expert (and we all excel at something) then HARO will help you identify the outlet that needs you advice, thereby building your brand and bringing you more business in the process.

If you’re just getting started with digital marketing or need a quick refresher on the latest and greatest, check out EZSiteBuilder’s infographic. Sifting through reviews to find useful tools can be exhausting, so find the right tools to create content, attract an audience and building your business using the the 42 Online Marketing Tools for Digital Marketers.
