It is the holiday season and everyone knows that holidays are one of the most challenging times of the year to maintain that ugly four-letter word…DIET. And let’s face it, dieting is already difficult for most people to begin with. The availability of foods is never-ending because you visit parties, friends, and family. Many also want to cook or bake more than usual during this time of year. Even for the strictest dieters, the holidays can be troublesome.

So how do you maintain your diet during the holidays? There is no right answer for everyone, but there are ways to help keep you from falling off the diet train or, hopefully, help keep you from gaining weight!

Here are four ways to maintain your diet during the holiday season:
