Access Bars: how can it improve your health?

On average, we have 60,000-80,000 thoughts a day, 80% of which are negative and 90% are repetitive.  It is, therefore, no surprise that mental illness is on the increase.  The World Health Organisation anticipates that it will be the 2nd highest cause of disease by 2030 and alarmingly they report that currently half of mental illness begins by age 14, with suicide being the 2nd cause of death for 15-29 year olds.

A thought is not confined to the brain, it is energy which moves within the body.   Very few people understand that we actually have three brains: the head (thoughts), the gut (feelings) and the heart (emotions) –  which are instantaneously communicating via our neural pathways.

Positive thoughts resonate at a higher frequency  vs negative thoughts, and all thoughts attract a similar vibration if held for just over 1 minute. If we think positive thoughts, dream optimistic futures and feel joyful emotions…..that’s what we will attract more of, hence the notion that  ‘Laughter is infectious’.  Similarly, when we focus on dark thoughts they create negative feelings and emotions thus attracting more negativity leading to stress.  A Wellbeing Coach will work with clients to help reframe their negative thoughts transforming how they think and behave.

Chronic stress has been called “the silent killer” because it compromises our immune system and as our energy stagnates; physically, mentally, and emotionally it contributes to anxiety, depression, auto immune diseases, heart disease, cancer, obesity and many more illnesses.

Pelangi Possibilities

Access Bars is a gentle hands-on technique that touches 32 points on the head which effortlessly releases negative thoughts, feelings and emotions, acting like a delete button, providing clarity and a true sense of peace.

An Access Bars session stimulates a positive change in the brain which slows down brainwaves causing a defragmentation of the electro magnetic components of stress, thought and emotion, and it does so without requiring the client to understand, remember or discuss triggers, causes and the reasons the condition exists.

Having a session of Access Bars allows you to get out of your busy mind, drop into a theta state of consciousness and is an opportunity for you to receive without any requirement for reciprocation.  Anxieties, concerns and problems can disappear as can pain, discomfort and any emotional limitation.

During a pilot study, and as a result of measuring brainwave patterns using brain mapping (qEEG), clients who had exhibited “highly depressed” energy at the beginning of a 90 minute Access Bars session recorded a normal brain pattern by the end of the session.

Neuroscientist Dr. Jeffrey L. Fannin was surprised to discover that the brainwave changes he evidenced (using qEEG) after a single Access Bars session appeared similar to advanced meditators. More about those two studies are available here – please refer to the videos on the page.
