Xboxes have a lot less bacterial growth than PlayStations as the average number of bacteria found on Xbox surfaces is 62.5 units of bacterial growth which is less than that of a PlayStation but a lot more than that of toilet seats. The controller handles suffer the most as they have around 82.5 units of growth which can cause health risks.

Generally, PCs are not considered under gaming consoles but they were included in the survey since they have a huge number of bacterial growths around 165 units of growth per swab. The survey has shown that the dirtiest gaming consoles are the PlayStations and the Xboxes where the buttons are the most unclean as they have around 190 colonies of bacteria while the handles have 73 colonies and the triggers have 33 colonies of bacteria.
