- Dried lavender – 2 tablespoons (you may also use a half cup of fresh lavender)
- Honey – one-third cup
- Fresh lemon juice of about two Lemon
- Coldwater – four cups
- Lavender and lemon wedges for garnishing.
- Boil a cup of water.
- Remove it from heat
- Add dried lavender to it.
- Steep it for about 15 minutes to make lavender tea.
- Strain the infusion
- Add lemon juice, honey and cold water. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
