Jaime King and Kyle Newman Claims against Each Other
On May 18, after filing for divorce from her alienated husband, Jaime King filed a request for a restraining order of domestic violence. She claimed in restraining orders that she’s been emotional and verbally abused victim for a long time. On Friday, Newman denies all allegations of abuse and filed an ex-party request against her for his claims.
Jaime said that at Newman’s hand, she tolerated repeated abuse since the birth of James, who is their eldest son. The violence includes things like harassing her, screaming on her, electronic surveillance & recording her without her knowledge. Also, he keeps an eye on her by chasing her in his car. Moreover, he isolated her from friends and forces her into confinement, making a fake intervention.
Tahnee King, the sister-in-law of the former Hart of Dixie star, claims that she witnessed and heard Kyle Newman abusing her in front of their two children. He called her by different inappropriate names and performs a pattern of escalating his efforts to isolate and demean her.
It was done whenever Jaime try to gain independence and do things according to her will.
The most recent alleged abuse incidence was narrated by King happened in May 2020. She told Newman tortured her by spying her through different people watching her home and movements. He even refused to return the children staying with him out of the state. King was abused mentally and emotionally; which lead to fear, anxiety, and health issues.
King is also requesting a protection order for her sons, James and Leo Newman. This protection order was required as Newman has allegedly denied returning their children to L.A. Without Jaime’s consent, he wants to stay in Pennsylvania with their children.
Jaime is horror-stricken that Newman will retaliate and abscond with children. Therefore she has filed for sole physical and legal custody of their children. She was also feared because Newman emptied their safe and cleared cash from their bank account.
King’s property was purchased before marriage, and she was the only owner of that house. Therefore, she requested a move out of order for Newman by the court. And she also asked the court to reinforce the stay of Newman to be 100 yards away from her job, home, and vehicle.
At least 5-yard distance of Newman from their dogs and Mercedes temporary possession is also requested by Jaime. It is asked for issues of tracking her movements as they can have an internal tracking system installed. She also requested that all security and surveillance system will be used exclusively so that his husband cannot survey her continuously. On June8, the hearing is scheduled.
Newman accuses King substance of infidelity and denies abuse allegations. In fact, he claims King to be an alcoholic and a chronic drug addict. He also added Jaime has a problem of not accepting and acknowledging the truth.
According to him, she should take treatment for this problem. He also criticized her about taking drugs during pregnancy, which results in Leo being born as an opiate addict.
Newman declared that he tried hard to help Jaime and spent the last decade covering the things she had done like drinking high and driving rash, late for work, arguing and fighting with friends, family, relatives, and co-workers.
Many infidelities due to drug addictions were also faced. She was mostly in delusion and out of mind with eating disorders. He tried to help her get out of this situation and become a good mother to their children. Many times he convinced her to get into rehab to wean her off opiates.
For property control and child custody, Newman requests a temporary order on an emergency basis. Complete physical and joint legal custody of his children is also demanded by Newman. In this request, monitored visitation rights are mentioned for King.
He requests that none of the parties should discuss their litigation and disparage each other in front of their children. Submitting a random drug test with completion of a parenting course is also a part of Newman’s requests.
Jaime’s try to get court orders solely based on false claims and providing him no opportunity to respond made Kyle deeply saddened. But on the other hand, he was pleased about the judicial decision to permit their children to stay with him.
Kyle remains wholly focused on putting the children’s welfare and stability at first. In this pandemic of COVID-19, he continues to be a solo parent and wants the best for his family. He confronted that he hopes best for Jaime as well and finds the peace she requires.
In November 2007, King tied the knot with Newman in Los Angeles and first met him on the set of film “Fanboys,” which was directed by him, and she was a cameo in it.
