However, Shabaash Mithu is the biopic of cricketer and the present Test and ODI captain of the Indian women’s national cricket team, Mithali Raj. Directed by Srijit Mukherji and produced by Viacom18 Studios, the film has Taapsee Pannu in the lead. She can be seen donning a blue jersey in the first look she shared on her Instagram.

Major is a biographical action drama directed by Sashi Kiran Tikka, produced by Sony Pictures India. This movie, based on actual events, tells the journey of Major Sandeep Unnikrishnan, who had sacrificed his life by saving people in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks. It stars Telugu actor Adivi Sesh; the film was about to release earlier this year but eventually got postponed due to the third wave of Covid.
