Little Wins: Habit Tracker · Effective 18 August 2026
Little Wins is a habit tracker that keeps your habits on your phone. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server of ours. This page explains exactly what the app stores, and how the advertising that keeps it free works.
Your habit data stays on your device
- Your habits and daily check-ins are stored locally on your device only — in the app's own storage and its App Group container, which is what lets the home screen widget show today's progress. This data is never uploaded, transmitted, synced, or backed up to any server of ours; we have no server and no way to read it.
- Your habit names, colours, icons, schedules, reminder times, streaks and history are likewise stored only on your device.
- That's the complete list — Little Wins collects no name, email address, phone number, precise location, photos, contacts, or health data of any kind.
- The developer never receives your habit data in any form.
Advertising — how the free app stays free
Little Wins is completely free, with every feature included. In exchange, the app shows one small banner ad, served by Google AdMob.
- Like any mobile advertising service, AdMob may collect device information (such as device model, IP address, and advertising identifier — "Device ID" and "Advertising Data" in App Store privacy terms) to serve and measure ads, including for tracking where you allow it. Google describes this in its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.
- The ad SDK may also collect coarse location, product interaction, crash and performance data. That information is not linked to your identity, and it is collected by the ad SDK rather than by us.
- You decide about tracking. Little Wins uses Apple's App Tracking Transparency: personalized ads are shown only if you tap "Allow" on the standard iOS prompt. If you decline, you still get the full app with non-personalized ads instead — nothing is locked or reduced.
- You can change your choice anytime in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Where required by law, a consent message (Google UMP) is shown before ads load.
- The app never passes your habits, check-ins, streaks, or anything you do inside Little Wins to the ad system.
Data collected, in App Store terms
| Used to track you | Device ID, Advertising Data |
|---|---|
| Collected but not linked to you | Coarse Location, Product Interaction, Crash Data, Performance Data |
| Linked to you | None |
All of the above is collected by the Google AdMob advertising SDK. Your habit data appears nowhere on this list because it never leaves your device.
Analytics
None. Little Wins contains no analytics or crash-tracking SDKs beyond what Google AdMob itself uses to serve and measure ads.
Purchases
There are none. Little Wins has no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, and no paid tier — and it never will have.
Notifications
Habit reminders are scheduled entirely on your device using iOS local notifications. No push server is involved. A reminder fires only on the days that habit is scheduled, and its content comes from the habit name you typed on your own phone.
Children
Little Wins is written for a general adult audience and is not directed at children. It offers no accounts, no social features, and no chat.
What Little Wins never does
- Never asks you to create an account or share contact details.
- Never uploads, transmits, or sells your habits or check-ins — they exist only on your phone.
- Never collects health or fitness data.
- Never charges you: no subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no paywalls.
- Never shows full-screen, video, or pop-up ads — one small banner, nothing more.
Your controls
- Deleting the app deletes everything Little Wins stored, including every habit and all check-in history.
- Archiving or deleting a habit inside the app removes it from your lists.
- The iOS tracking permission can be granted or revoked at any time in Settings.
- Reminders can be adjusted or switched off per habit inside the app, or silenced entirely in iOS Settings.
