Apple has made an app (Move to iOS) on Google Play Store that will make it easier than ever to switch from Android to iPhone. This app is the first one made by Apple for Google Play, earlier an app called Beat was introduced by later got acquired. With iOS9 announcement this app got its existence known.
I think this is the correct move made by Apple, to get some new users to move from Android to iPhone.
