Top 5 cars to get with bad credit

New Cars in the Factory

The seven-seater market doesnt offer cars that are as fun and exciting as other classes and SUVs are starting to steal customers by offering sixth and seventh seats. However, there is still plenty of room for dedicated seven-seater vehicles. Theyre vital for people with large families, especially those with lots of children.

Buying one outright can be difficult, especially if you have a large family to feed, so getting one on finance is a more affordable option. Car finance is available for people who have a poor credit score but still need to get their hands on a seven-seater. If you fall into that category, read on to discover some of the best MPVs to get on bad credit car finance. Weve included some sample financing options to give you an idea of how much getting one will affect your finances.

All of them are zero deposit examples. If you do actually have the funds to put a deposit down, expect to pay significantly less each month.

Chevrolet Orlando

The Chevrolet Orlando is a fantastic family 7-seater and its the most affordable on our list. Its been a popular choice, in part due to its large, spacious interior and generous boot. The third row of seats can be folded flat to reveal 1,500 litres of storage space, making it ideal for a large familys shopping, as well as all the kids school gear. The Chevrolet Orlando comes in a few different variants, but the diesel version is the best; its the most powerful and efficient and the petrol version can be a little bit noisy. The diesel offers up to 52 miles per gallon. Even though Chevrolet stopped selling cars in the UK in 2015, there are still Chevy dealerships around, and you can get them serviced at Vauxhall too. A comfortable ride, a range of cubby-holes and wide opening doors make this an excellent choice for anyone who needs a 7-seater.

The BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer is an extended version of the 2 Series Active Tourer, increasing the number of seats from five to seven. Along with its extra seats, it improves on the Active by adding all-wheel drive, something which is rare in the MPV category. The Gran Tourer isnt quite as spacious as some of the other cars on our list because the second row only has two individual seats. You can still fit three adults, but it might be a bit of a squeeze. The boot is nice and roomy when the sixth and seventh seats are folded down and the rear doors offer a wide opening for easy access.

The latest versions now carry the Space Tourer title, but the original Citroen Grand C4 Picassos still have a lot to offer. Its one of the most efficient cars on our list, in part due to its low weight. This makes it nimble and nice to drive for a car of its size. The Grand C4 Picasso has a unique windscreen that extends far back into its roof offering great views out of the car. The first two rows of seats are very roomy, providing plenty of space for tall adults and teenagers. The Grand C4 is also available as a 4-seater (C4 Picasso) and comes in a choice of diesel and petrol engines.

Ford S-max

The Ford S-Max is the sportiest vehicle on our list, both in terms of looks and in the way it drives. Its nippy and agile and handles very well for a large car. If youre looking for something thats on the sleeker side (by MPV standards), this may be the seven-seater for you. The Ford S-Max sits low to the road compared to other MPVs and this may put you off if you prefer a high, long view of the road in front. The car is wide and spacious, offering lots of room for adults, teenagers and children alike. A huge plus-point is the fact that every seat in the middle row has ISOFIX mounting so you can fit a rear-facing child car seat in any one of them. All versions of the car come with seven seats.
