Samsung has yet again released its flagship phone Galaxy S8+ before Apple launches the 10th anniversary iPhone, which is due later this year. So, we are always left with uneven comparisons as Samsung moves ahead 7 to 8 months and we are left with S8 Plus vs iPhone 7 Plus.

The Camera

As you can see from the above table that Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus has more features and power inside the hood, whereas in iPhone 7 Plus you got the dual camera at the rear that makes it much more desirable when it comes to camera capabilties.

So, for camera lovers like me, just go with iPhone 7 Plus.

The design of Samsung S8 Plus is really amazing the curved glass at the front looks absolutely stunning. You have to give full credits to Samsung for assembling this device. iPhone 7 Plus doesn't look that attractive when its compared to Galaxy S8.

Processor and Power

Samsung is using Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 octa core processor which is pretty dependable and you get fast processing capabilities. Whereas in iPhone 7 Plus the RAM of 3GB isn't doing any justice. The software and hardware from Apple joins together to be more roboust than Samsung's S8 Plus, still I would say go with the new Samsung if you need more power in your hand. The extra bit of RAM, fast charging, Wireless charging will give any power user chills and thrills for at least few months.

Right now the pricing of Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus is about $840 and it provides 64 GB space in internal memory. In iPhone 7 Plus the 64 GB variant costs about $20 more, so if you are on a budget which is close to $770 than iPhone 7 Plus 32 GB variant will be a perfect match. In my opinion the iPhone 7 Plus is affordable right now.

Overall if you want a new stylish design and supreme performance than you should choose Samsung Galaxy S8 Plus, but if you want something reliable, pocket friendly and camera worthy then iPhone 7 Plus should be your choice.
