Nice list Jaspal, though I personally prefer to use desktop tools for editing images and photos. The first and the main reason is that they are faster. And there are lots of free image editing tools around.
Nice list. Although I do not see fotoflexer.com listed. And that is my favorite one because of the geek coloring tool section that lets you quickly highlight an area of a picture and choose a different color to turn it too. Such as changing color of hair/outfit etc. Kind of like adobe does.

Personally, I like picnik. It’s easy to use, intuitive UI and has pre-set filters you can apply to photo’s. But this is a cool list and I’ll check out the rest too!
