I guess team viewer is one of the best remote access tool for desktop and mobile OS.
Team viewer is a great tool for working remotely, for example debugging on the customer side. when providing outsourcing services, this tool can save you a lot of time (not to mention money), and proves your efficiency.

i use team viewer for android but you have to specify specific login id and password on your computer top gain access via mobile any time. great app
I use Team viewer for iPad as well. Works like a charm. Definitely the best out there!
