My favorite is still WordPress.com, and follow by Blogger.com. Of course it would be better if it’s a self hosted WordPress blog.

I’ve tried the blogger and the end was not how to handle it. I moved to wordpress recently and is a wonder to handle. But I have very castrated and have to pay if you want to work with css or other things. However if you have a domain with php, if you can download the wordpress and install it on your domain server. And here you have many more capabilities and a lot of issues better facts.

Tumblr is by far my favorite, I adore blogger but there are some severe customization issues (sitemap).
Nice cleolction! I will definitely look into a few of them. And you are completely right: WordPress is a must.
Hey!! It’s exactly what I was looking for
) Great list!
I would have to say that WordPress is about the easiest to setup and host. After it’s setup you have so many options to change the look and feel and with so many add-ons you can hardly go wrong. Plus, if you host with HostGator or many others for that matter you can have it setup in basically 1 click. I give WordPress my thumbs up!
I Like WordPress…..
Yahoo pulse is ending by the way. They do not support blogs anymore.
I have tried tumbler. That is quite nice also!

Nice to see Blogger on the list. I’ve been using it for quite some time now because of its good interface and it allows users to incorporate a lot of things.
I have been using Blogger for a few years and have struggled with people having difficulty leaving responses. VERY glitchy. They recently made a big change to their format and I have had it…..moving somewhere…

I use this platforms day by day,and are really easy to use to post your articles online and promote your sites
Twitter isn’t just a place to come to talk about your mom: it’s also a place to come to talk to your mom. Families use Twitter to keep in touch, and share their affection.
When actor Neil Patrick Harris posted a picture of his new twins, a very proud mother and grandmother quickly replied:
For me the top 3 are Blogger , wordpress and blogsome.
Actually im trying blogadoo seems also nice at first. Will test it out.
Hey Jaspal,
I was wondering on a similar note,, I don’t really have anything interested to talk about myself, so I was thinking of making a blog with links to other websites. I know they don’t want you putting copywrited material on your blog, but are you allowed to put links to copywrited material on other websites? For instance, could I make a blog page with a link to Yahoo Answers? Or would I have to get permission from Yahoo to do that?
Keep up the good work
Hi Jaspal,
Really good article.I like this concept. Thanks for the post.Keep it up.
I am looking for a Free Blog site that enable posting and linking banners of affiliate business sites. Blogger has not anymore, except the old developed blogs.

I did go through your article & it was very informative I must say
WordPress and Blogger are my favorite free blogs
Blogger is best, than WordPress,,,,,, others is so so……. As i think
Blog.com has been my favorite for years after easyjournal closed down unexpectedly and I lost 5 years of blogs without warning. Now Blog.com has become increasingly unreliable in recent months. At times the website will be unaccessable, or give a lot of errors when trying to post your entry. Now the website has been unaccessable for over a week and I can’t even go in and retrieve my blogs for peace of mind in case this website dumps like easyjournal did. Be careful with this one!
i love blogger
Information are great, i am exited to know this and contents are intresting .Thanks and keep blogging.
i want to know how to implement blog and its functionality in my website using php
