Although whether they have improved my ranking I am not sure.

but I thinks that it is not much desired to go much deep into SEO unless you are in some sort of nichie marketing side. All which is desired to optimise and SEO your site is a bunch of few lazy tips which you implement once, can reap the benefits in upcoming times. After all content is the king and I believe that quantity and quality of content is main factor which matters more than anything else in your online venture.

This is a great list of sites related to blogging.
The problem I see though is that Companies face tremendous pressure to become producers of content on the internet. They must blog to be discoverable (on search engines and in social media), but many of them don’t really want this additional responsibility (plus needing to learn all the rules so it actually works).

This was during the first week on campus – I was pretty much already oriented to MIT because I had been taking classes all summer, but I hadn’t met any of my fellow course 6 students. We had a nice relaxing day getting to know each other, playing whiffle ball, Pictionary and Guitar Hero, and learning the ropes from some of the older grad students. That’s also where I agreed to blog for the department, and punish the world with my random “comprehensive” lists.
