Analytics is probably the most complete tool to analyze your traffic. There are others as well but most of them ask you to add a visible code on your webpage, so I prefer Google Analytics any day.

Traffic stats are always different in different tools for me. I prefer google analytics and then Jet Pack. But i cant trust any PPC ad click tracker
