Thanks for featuring my site – as a freelance front-end developer, the recognition of my peers is very important to me!

One thing about my site which may not be apparent – and which I feel is a relatively unique feature – is it’s integration with the local weather feed. I’ve written the site so that it’s entire appearance changes depending on the time of day, and the weather conditions here in Manchester (UK) at the time of the visit. There’s over 150 different variations although with this being Manchester, it’s pretty much always just raining!

The term web design is normally used to describe the design process relating to the front end design of a website including writing mark up, but this is a grey area as this is also covered by web development. Thanks.
